Why Have Prices Changed?
As the cost of premium-quality products, specialised training, and meticulous care we invest into each service continues to rise, we've made some slight pricing adjustments. These updates help ensure that we can continue to offer the exceptional, high-standard services that you've come to love and expect from us.
Grace Period for Existing Appointments
Rest assured, if you've already booked your appointment within the next 14 days, we will honour our previous pricing for you.
Subscription Members
As part of our efforts to streamline and enhance our offerings, we will be discontinuing the Onyx Duo: 2-Person Loc Care Subscription. While this plan was originally designed to provide a shared loc care experience, we found that our individual subscription plans offer greater flexibility and value for our clients.
For our existing Onyx Duo members, your subscription will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, after which we encourage you to transition to an individual plan that best suits your needs. If you have any questions or need assistance selecting the right subscription, we are happy to help!
Members with existing subscriptions will complete their current subscription cycle at their original pricing. However, if you cancel your subscription and later decide to rejoin, the new subscription pricing will be applied.
